Experience a transformative class focused on increasing energy levels, reducing stress, and releasing physical, mental, and emotional blockages through breathwork. Breathwork, or conscious breathing, has a millennia-old history and is one of the most powerful practices for wellbeing.

Many of the Breathwork techniques practiced during these classes originated from India, Tibet, and the region that is now China. Beyond the purely physical positive effects on the immune system, blood circulation, and sleep quality, breathwork is known to regulate our autonomic nervous system. Breathing can help us to establish a healthy balance between the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) and the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), so that we can feel our best.

Breathwork is also a powerful tool to release blockages on both mental and emotional levels. No prior experience with breathwork is needed to participate.
