A healing class where we journey slowly through Yoga postures to ground our energy, Somatic movements that create deep internal awareness of our body, and a guided Meditation for relaxation and rest.
This class is designed to support us in slowing down and connecting to the quiet energy within. These slow, grounded movements help reduce fatigue, stress and tension in the body & mind enabling us to feel more ease, joy and flow in our movements. A moving meditation which connects us to an essence of calm and peacefulness.
You will feel fully restored and rested. Everyone is welcome to join.

When booking a course, you are automatically booked to all classes of the course. If you cannot attend a class, you must cancel no later than two hours before the class starts. You will then receive a credit to use before the end of the course. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
